A promotional video giving us a behind-the-scenes peek to the creation of Piaget’s ultra-thin wristwatch concept.

The Client

We were approached by Monochrome, who were working with Piaget, to produce a behind-the-scenes promo for their latest breakthrough in ultra-thin wristwatches.

The Location

The product footage was shot in our custom-built studio in Zurich, while the interviews were filmed at Piaget's headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

The Timing

The entire project was completed in the second half of 2020. Thanks to a great cooperation between Monochrome and Piaget, the delivery time was very short.

About the Brand

Piaget’s roots in jewellery can be felt even in their watches. Their primary obsession reaches back until the 1950s, when their movement, the mechanical hand-wound 9P caliber, catapulted them to the very top of ultra-light movement design.

Ever since, they have relentlessly continued improving their designs and after 6 years of very hard work, they have forever left their mark on the industry in 2020, with a record for the world’s thinnest mechanical hand-wound watch, measuring only 2mm wide. The key to their success? The Altiplano Ultimate movement concept.

About the Brand
