Informative Youtube videos in which we’re presenting you the pre-owned certified watches that Beyer vintage has in their offer.

The Client

We filmed a couple of informative youtube video reviews for Beyer vintage to help them introduce pre-owned watches for their second hand luxury watch shop.

The Location

Each of these reviews and watch shots took place at Beyer headquarters in Bahnhofstrasse, Zürich, and the postproduction was done in our studio.

The Timing

Shooting of these videos was scheduled in a timeframe between 2021 and 2022, with the delivery time shortly after each episode was taken.

About the Brand

Beyer Chronometrie, among its many achievements, holds one of the most impressive ones, by having the world’s oldest watch store in the entire world.

Along with the main watch department and jewelry department, they also hold great love for high quality vintage watches and have a specialized department dedicated to only those timepieces.

Chronoswiss – The Craft of Guilloche

Overview

A cathartic look at the daily life of a master artisan and his very unique skillset,
which produces one of the worlds’ most cherished dial engravings.

The Client

Chronoswiss approached us with the wish to create a one-of-a-kind glimpse into one of the most prestigious crafts in the world.

The Location

The entire video was filmed in Lucerne, Switzerland, where one of the only rose engines in the world is located.

The Timing

The entire project was communicated, planned, shot and delivered in April and May of 2021.

About Guilloché

Throughout the years, watchmakers have found numerous ways of decorating, polishing and engraving dials in order to add something truly unique and beautiful to their watches. Even among these watches, a Guilloche dial is always bound to be one of the fan favorites, and not without reason.

Located in Lucerne, Switzerland, we can find one of the few perfectly working devices called rose engines. Only such an expertly crafted tool in unison with a true master operating it, is capable of creating one of the highly esteemed Guilloche dials. Once starting a dial, the artisan must finish it, for the pattern would be broken, as the pressure of the machine would change during its inactivity.

In order to capture the beauty and serenity of this masterful artisanship, we created an intimate setting in order to match the amount of passion and focus that goes into creating a single Guilloché dial.

Complete focus and an almost tangible bond with the object being engraved gives us a peek into one of the last havens unaffected by technology. Perhaps it is precisely because of this reason, that these exquisite dials are so highly valued among enthusiasts.

Cyrus Watches – Klepcys Retrograde GMT

Overview

A product video that shows off the unique feature of this wristwatch
by supporting the narrative with fitting locations using a small trick.

The Product

The extremely innovative brand Cyrus Watches had contacted us in order to help them show off their latest innovation - the world's first skeletonised wristwatch with a centrally aligned vertical tourbillon. Needles to say, we accepted.

The Location

The shots were captured in our custom studio in Zürich, which gives us maximal control over every light source and reflection, providing a perfect environment for capturing product footage.

The Timing

Our studio set up has become further refined, allowing us to capture footage at maximal quality, within a minimum time frame. The entire project was done between May and June 2020.

After 35 years, he wished for a timepiece, which would always display his home time, the GMT time zone. The talented watchmakers of Cryus Watches didn’t waste a second and immediately set to work on their newest innovation.

It was clear, that this watch is meant to be the trusted companion of avid globetrotters and as such, we wanted the product video to reflect that, without hitting the budget too hard by traveling all across the world.

As technology improves, so do the tricks we can utilize in video production. The wristwatch is placed in front of a screen that plays footage of various cities in different time zones. With a meticulously controlled play of light, we make sure that the lighting merges the watch with the footage played in the background, creating a rather unique feel to the video.
